TWO DAYS AGO we contacted okpay to defeeze our wallet after 8 months in freezing. This account was verified but okpay at the first deposit froze our wallet with the stupid excuse and asked we new documents to defreeze our account. This documents in our country are many expensive and difficoult to find.....on this wallet our deposit was only 2500,00 euros!
We thinked that okpay was afraid for probably fraud and we remaining our 2500 in their hands for 8 months....
After 8 months...two days ago...we contacted okpay to release our money...but they are only scam
They freezed our ewallet and we freezing their site!!!
Okpay know that there isn't any extorsion in act!!! we wont only our money and when they release it we defreeze their site.

If you are interested we have in support area full ticket cronology...but we should defreeze support area first!!

Hi, today I received a 3rd party sepa transfer.
You have frozen my deposit with this voice: "excedeed ammount limit"
Usually last two months I received other 3rd party transfer and I didn't never received this message.
Why now I reading about funding (ewallet- NOT CARD) limit?
