Funds now deposited correctly into my account.

Worried over nothing, Bitinstant had my back the whole time.

address is one I do not recognize, and it hasn't received the BTC like anyways. So how this problem can be fixed by Bitinstant I do not know but I am checking my email constantly for something more from Bitinstant support.

We already know the the issue is, your funds are safe and as promised will be resolved today.

Thank you again, I was just worried. Changing title to RESOLVED.

MOD/OP- Can you edit the title? Its killing my SEO

-Charlie

I have modified the title to [RESOLVING] until it is solved.

I messaged Yankee early last night and he did respond to me to say he was working on fixing the problem. No doubt he will keep true to his word and I will post back with any update on progress by Bitinstant.

I just want to secure my BTC in a wallet I have access to by getting directly in touch with bitinstant.

What wallet do you use?  A local client like the bitcoin.org client or an EWallet?

Mainly I use blockchain.info.

[NOTE]
I PM'd Charlie (Yankee) yesterday and he responded within minutes to tell me he knows of the problem and will fix it. He says he will get me the funds today. THANK YOU CHARLIE, THANK YOU BITINSTANT. I will be using your services in the future again!

I'm just really really nervous right now because I have no idea where my coins are tied up at. I know that there are some employees from Bitinstant floating around so I thought I'd ask here if anyone knows what went wrong.

The address that my order # on bitinstant says I used for my bitcoin address recipient is one I do not recognize (it also says the Order was successful), I checked on blockchain.info and the address is real but there are no transactions with it at all, but the order was completed. None of this really matters because if it HAD gone through to that address I'd have no way of getting my BTC because I do not recognize this address at all.

I have all the information (account number, receive code, Moneygram reference #) that proves I ordered those bitcoins, I just need someone from bitinstant to help me.

Yes, I made a support ticket on bitinstant and its been 2 hours, I feel that this is urgent because if those coins ever do deposit correctly into that address I'm royally screwed.

I wouldn't have made a thread about this but new members can't PM, I bought BTC from bitinstant two days ago with no problems and I want to clarify I do not think bitinstant is in the wrong here or anything and don't want to hurt their name, I just want to secure my BTC in a wallet I have access to by getting directly in touch with bitinstant.

Thanks for your patience to a total bitcoin newb....

Edit: Also, is the order number from bitinstant safe to post here? I gave no info in this post about who I am or how to contact but I will if there is a secure way to do so.
