Thanks guys. . . I am certain I am on the real bitblender site. I have been using them for a while now, have no complaints just wanted to be sure their support actually works, or if there were alternative means of reaching them.

Have a support ticket open on bitblender and even though its only been a few hours, can anyone really say if they really reply support tickets? I know the use @blender use to be active here and is affiliated with the site, however, I can't tell if he is still active.

My money has been stuck with Wirex since the 14 of may when my friend tried funding my account via bank transfer. I asked them to send the money back to his account if they can't process the transaction and since then even after promising to do it, they haven't! WIREX is a SCAM!!!! They are stealing!

Is Wirex still in bussiness? Have the support people quit their jobs? No answer for days, my money stuck with them and I can't use it because glitch in their system. This is bad.

And this is a classic example of what I hate about Wirex. Its been 48 hours since I submitted the ticket number both on here and on Twitter, and as of yet, no form of update or acknowledgement. I will wait to see what happens next.
Hello Vito. I checked your ticket with the support team, but they already answered you on May 17th. If you need more help, please send me a new support ticket number as soon as possible You keep saying they replied. . I am not disputing that they replied my ticket. However, what I am upset about is that they have not solved or fixed the problem! When you put that into consideration and then realize that wirex repled only once since may 17 . . . . Come on, even you have to be shocked at how things are being run in this case. I categorically stated that I had 400 CHF sent to me via wirex's Deutsche bank account in Zurich, into my Mastercard ******5526 on the 15th of May, and the funds still haven't reflected in my account because my card is blocked, for NO REASON!!!! And I keep hearing you and every other wirex support say, they are talking to the bank about it and nothing seems to be happening. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO UNBLOCK AND CREDIT MY ACCOUNT WITH MY FUNDS or simply REFUND the darn money to the sender?

Can our funds at the very least be credited to our account? I am not interested in owning a physical card anymore as I get ATM charges when i withdraw coupled with your conversion rate, i will rather just use the virtual cards to buy Bitcoin online. I have submitted transaction details to support and all, still nothing has been done. Its been well over 6 days. My card is blocked for no reason and the funds have not shown up, you say that isn't fishy?
Well, not really. As I explained, Wirex is in the middle of the changeover process to Visa. In the link I gave you before it explicitly states that: 1) We have automatically issued virtual card(s) for all virtual and plastic MasterCard holders. Virtual card is either a replacement for your virtual MasterCard or a temporary substitute for your plastic MasterCard (while your plastic card is delivering). 2) You MasterCard(s) will be active for unloading for the next 60 days (until July 15, 2017). However, you will not be able to load new funds onto the card. If you can't unload your funds, maybe you have another issue. I had 400 CHF sent into my account 7 days ago, using the Swiss coordinates wirex issues its users, normally in the past (e-coin), my funds from the same sender showed up in my account 2 days after it was initiated, its a totally different story now. No fund in my account, card is blocked, not btc nothing! Support kept telling me they were working on it, up until the point where I discovered by myself, that my card was blocked and the funny part is funds haven't been sent back. . . All I am saying is if the funds can't be credited to my account can you at least reverse the transaction? Its starting to look like Wirex has an ulterior motive for doing all of this. People stay away, these guys are scamming I can now confirm that they are blocking cards (loading) for no reason and pretending that nothing is wrong I sent money into my account some days ago. . . Normally it takes 2 days, but its been 5 freaking days and still no money. I contacted them and they said it takes anything from 5-7 days to reflect. I did a simple check on my browser using a debugging tool to inspect the elements and it turns out my account has been blocked all along! Use the inspect element tool in your browser and you should see the words see : Model is blocked in the code example below

any reason for the +20% exchange rates? Its been going on for months now. Why would you do such a thing after providing a great service for all these years. your exchange rate changes from $1827.45 USD to $1461.95 USD ONLY AFTER your enter the amount? Why not at least show the person when they get to the screen or at the top. But as soon as they upgraded to wirex 2.0 this bullshit started. I had a friend send me some money some weeks ago and it never showed up, it was just 12 pounds so i didn't bother and thought he was lying about paying back the debt he owed me, so i ignored it. but 2 weeks ago I sent £50 freaking pounds into my account from MY BANK ACCOUNT and it NEVER showed up!!! I have sent series of emails to support and all I ever got back was "your account was blocked by the bank for suspicious activities, we have told them to unblock it", that was a week ago, and till date nothing has been done. I don't want to dissuade anyone but if I were you I will desist from using their services until this issue with their system is rectified.
This isn't looking too good. . They use to be decent as E-coin , I don't get whats going on with them anymore.
