Bought 2 cards, both cards not working. Tried to add them and got this "Unable to add card. Couldn't check the balance. Please review your card information."
Sorry to hear you had this experience. I am another vendor of this same product and am proud to say that I have had no issues with my cards, both in my personal use as well as my friends' use. I have my own method of ensuring that both you receive your card with accurate balance, and that you don't have to deal with any registration or groundwork to use these cards. The only reason I am posting here is that I saw a complaint from one of the customers who had a bad experience, and though I understand why you may not want to order another Whole Foods gift card after having a bad experience here, I would be happy to help you.
