I don't mean that the problem with virustotal and they are faking the results. It is really detected as Virus because this is a crypter. I don't crypt the crypter file with my crypter !! but when you open it and use it to crypt exe file you will have clean results.

You're scanning the crypter on virustotal ?!! . Of course it will get some positive results on some AVs. This is the crypter. I won't crypt the crypter !! it is used to crypt files. The resulted file will be clean.
