1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do we get sex workers to use bitcoin? on: April 23, 2016, 09:24:30 AM
Honestly, I find this to be insulting. We need more proper adopters for adoption. This is not the way to go. At all. Sex work isn't respectable.
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's stopping people from using bitcoin? on: April 23, 2016, 09:15:34 AM
The fact that the reputation isn't exactly at its finest is what is keeping people from it. Nobody is going to want to occupy a currency which attracts criminals.

Nothing in the world can come even close to what damage fiat currencies have caused. But people are still using it. Bitcoin is not different from fiat currencies as it's getting used by all sorts of people for different purposes, but Bitcoin is the one that is being blamed for being used by criminals.

To add on to your last word, simply because Bitcoin is mostly advertised by people as being "anonymous". Hence ... people think only criminals use it. Yes, criminals does use Bitcoin but I believe (from my perspective), Bitcoin is being used by more legit reasons than illegal transaction.

That's true it depends on an individual how he views it, different people hold different perceptions towards bitcoin, and no one can change it.
Yeah but the point is that the anonymity of the currency is attacking more laundering.

How long was Bitcoin core opened for and what does it do that everyone is saying it's so great?

Huh

The concept you have chosen is higher then your level of knowledge, you should pick something easier for now because you are new to bitcoin.
You should start with faucets, while using faucets you should keep reading articles or read posts on this forum everyday to get more and more knowledge about bitcoin and after when you get enough knowledge about bitcoin then try to pick up such questions and you will find it easier to find the answers.
Hm...well, okay. Thank you either way.

Thank you everyone for your time and help. Thank you.

You can see more information's about signature campaigns here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615953.0 . You won't be able to join or gain a good profit unless you have higher rank (Senior Member or above would be good) .
As for what comes to Faucets , It's totally waste of time since you spend a lot of time + you don't earn something big .
I heard about buying accounts. Is there a way for me to buy one? How much are accounts?

It's probably not profitable anymore as it used to be and please stay away from "CLoud mining" because most of the services that offers that are scamming people .
Unless you have enough money to make a huge Bitcoin mining farm (which I suppose you don't since you asked this question) It's not really recommended to get involved;
Oh. What can you recommend for me then? Sad
Hi.
Stay on this forum and take part in our community.
After few weeks you will earn ranks. They(ranks) will givie you access to better and better

Many good offers happens on this forum. Graphic designs, help, giveaways.
You can also join a good faucet.

When can I join a signature campaign and what does it entail? I've heard of faucets though, but I heard they were a difficult way to make bitcoins.

It's definitely too late to harvest. That much I know. Bitcoin's too expensive now to harvest. Maybe when it was only $50.
