People have been withdrawing without any problems for several days now. We're filling up the hot wallet when it's needed. Did you succeed in withdrawing by now?
I'm still not able to access my accounts after the email/password login system was implemented - have sent you multiple messages and posted on here. Please help me resolve this issue. Thanks I believe this issue is fixed now. Your accounts were from the time before we stopped requiring email confirmation and needed manual action to fix. Indeed it has been fixed! Thanks a lot |

It's been many days since the hot wallet issues most recently surfaced. Has *anyone* been able to withdraw over the last two days?
Yes, I could yesterday. I'm still unable to withdraw, and I have been trying every day. The prompt "Please wait, processing your request" is displayed indefinitely each time I try. How have you circumvented this issue? Satoshidice claims that one "can withdraw at any time and cashouts are processed immediately" but my bitcoins have been held in limbo for a week... Being unable to withdraw is an unacceptable condition--especially when I have been trying daily, and am in a rush to take my bitcoins offline. Satoshidice administration: please fix this ASAP and address what is causing the malfunctioning; I'm beginning to think that the problem isn't just an empty hot wallet People have been withdrawing without any problems for several days now. I haven't been able to access my Satoshi Dice accounts since they changed to the login system, I have tried multiple times over a few weeks.
I have also emailed SD but as always, have not received a reply.
Who's the latest SD contact on this forum please? Or could they please contact me to resolve this?

Yeh it's crazy. I contacted them once in october/november with no reply, figured they just missed the email.
But this time they have no excuses, I have emailed them, sent 4/5 private messages on here and have been posting on this thread for the last few weeks... 0 result

Yup I understand, I don't expect you to. But you've seen other people on here complaining about the same thing (apart from that 1 guy with 600btc who made it up).
To be fair, I had an issue in November which I emailed them about and never got a reply so nothing has changed really.
I just generally dislike forums, but thought I'd come on here to pester them for a reply.

There's long support times and then there's not replying at all...
Looks like they might be starting trying to scam people.

I've been having the same "incorrect password" problem since December. I am pretty certain of my password and have tried it lots of times.
I emailed SatoshiDice support today with all the details or am happy to resolve through here.
