I think I became a victim of scammers. I just decided to try a new site of selling Bitcoins http://buybitcoins.io
The first few transactions were successful, but it wasn't 1-12 hours as stated on site. It was one or two days.
Later I sent bigger sum of money and received nothing from them. Their support is always offline, and if not, anyway never respond.
I wrote many messages to their email and received nonsense answers:

Now they ignore my messages and I'd like to take more radical measures
