One EVGA bronze 500 watt could support two S3? and you have any tip about buying used Antminer S3?

I have no issue with electricity, its free for two years from now. I want to buy a hardware which I could bear in my living room, because i have only one room :-) .  So I found Antminer S3. I am going to order a used S3 on amazon. I don't know which type of PSU should I order for one S3. Another thing I would like to mention, 4 hours a day we stay out of electricity due to some short falls. And i need dedicated computer for S3?

What king of GPU? mean dedicated graphics cards in laptops? or I have also seen people running linux on Play Station 4 for mining? So how i could get my hand dirty with GPU? in which way, which kind?

What I know, getting started with Bitcoin is difficult, specially with small budget. I have maximum $100 to buy mining hardware. I searched, i found many options like Avalon Nano 3 etc.. But i am not sure in 2016 this will be enough for mining. I would appreciate if you could explain how i could setup mining environment with one i3 laptop + $100 money. I would prefer USB type mining hardware  .
