Another "functional" artwork is available.

"Enlightenment" is a truly inspiring artwork as well as functional wall lamp. The lamp is made out of hand shaped metal, MIG-welded and covered with a special protective varnish. The lamp comes equipped with a vintage-style LED lightbulb which is part of the composition. The dimensions of the lamp is 43cm across, 29cm in height and 26cm in depth, 1,9 Kgs in weight excluding the light bulb. The lamp is equipped with a long and easily accessible power cord and the socket is also equipped with an ON/OFF switch. As it stands, the lamp operates on 220/230 Volts.

3  Economy / Goods / Re: Unique collectable elephant figurine on: June 30, 2016, 03:31:14 PM
Hello,

The elephant was done in 3 days, working in between the time it took for the various stamps and layers to dry out.

The rest of the sculptures on my website - it depends - on average i think a week per/item , working in my free time.
4  Economy / Goods / Unique collectable elephant figurine on: June 29, 2016, 07:05:49 PM
Hello,

I have for sale a handmade elephant figurine - the figurine itself was made on a paper mache (shaped cardboard) base and covered with a layer of various vintage and collectable postal stamps - The stamps are international in nature, from countries such as Russia/USSR, Germany (incl. some Third Reich and East Germany ones), Syria, Czechoslovakia, Romania, Hungary, India, Mongolia, Cuba, and various African and Asian countries. The stamps are plastered on the statue using a special glue, and overall, the sculpture is covered with several layers of glue and varnish, making it moisture proof.
Actual pictures of the item:
http://oldkraft.blogspot.ro/2016/06/return-to-sender-eugenex-isographeryahoo.html
The approximate size of the item is:  22cm X 17cm X 11cm.

The price is 0.2 BTC plus shipping and handling taxes to the buyer's address.

As an example, shipping to USA, priority mail with tracking No is:  39 $ .

For any questions feel free to contact me.
Best regards,
Komissar
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Another unconfirmed transaction story - with a twist on: March 03, 2016, 05:56:59 AM
After running the zappwallet procedure the first transaction dissapeared from my wallet.

I will post the details from Kraken:

Type       Bitcoin
Date       02-29-16 11:55:07 -0800
Address       3JpsxcrmHVqGtMuMckKxpj6kuZni8stjSy
Transaction ID       37346df7f9a4d32f37103897d6b84165ed9cf3fb2ef80434781bd40e7ad85331
Status       Confirming
Amount       ฿0.29998
Fee       ฿0.00000

The second transaction is the following (info taken from the wallet) :

Status: 0/unconfirmed
Date: 3/2/2016 12:51
To: kraken account 2 3FhnBxonrrvcHJmtdJNN9hZfT6zNJcKVSp
Debit: -0.29978942 BTC
Transaction fee: -0.00021058 BTC
Net amount: -0.30000000 BTC
Transaction ID: ef89cbadbf7517e3680edf59af44482664f370cec5161795fd83a9783f381ee5-000

Later edit:

Now I see the first transaction picked up speed and got 4 confirmations. Last night it was stalled at no confirmations. Will anything bad happen because I have used zappwallet and re-send the funds to a different address (albeit of the same Kraken account) ?
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Another unconfirmed transaction story - with a twist on: March 03, 2016, 05:30:14 AM
Hello,

I've noticed that a lot of people have troubles with their transactions being unconfirmed for a long period of time and I thought i should share my experience and also look for an advice.

Long story short I have tried to send 0,30 BTC from my BitcoinCore wallet to my Kraken account on 29.02.2016.
The transaction fee selected was the default one in BitcoinCore.
The generated address for my Kraken account was 3JpsxcrmHVqGtMuMckKxpj6kuZni8stjSy . The transaction appeared however in my Kraken account with the label "confirming" attached to it, the next day in the morning. As of 02.03.2016 (in the evening, Europe time) my transaction was still unconfirmed. The transaction appeared however in my Kraken account with the label "confirming" attached to it.

By then I had read about all the problems some people had with confirmations and decided to resend the transaction with a higher fee.

So last night (02.03.2016)  i have used the c:\Program Files\Bitcoin\bitcoin-qt.exe -zapwallettxes procedure and got my funds back in the wallet.
I have generated a new address in my Kraken account  (  3FhnBxonrrvcHJmtdJNN9hZfT6zNJcKVSp  )  - without deleting the old one and send the bitcoins with the ighest setting of the fee slider in BitcoinCore.
Debit: -0.29978942 BTC
Transaction fee: -0.00021058 BTC
Net amount: -0.30000000 BTC

Now, at the time I am posting this message - in my Kraken account there still is present the old transaction, the new one hasn't come up yet, and searching by the second address in blockchain.info i do not get any result.

Did i do something wrong?  Any advice for somehow sorting it out?

Thanks in advance!

Lawrence

12  Economy / Goods / Metal posters and artwork on: January 18, 2016, 03:01:39 PM
Hello,

My name is Lawrence, i live in Romania, European Union and in my spare time I am a DIY metal artisan (besides being strongly involved in vintage cars, militaria and collectibles in general).
My specialties include both chemical engraving/etching and metal sculptures (welding mostly).

Through this topic I would like to present my services as a metal artwork designer and also sell some of my stock.
My blog (the place where you could see some of my work) is http://oldkraft.blogspot.com/

The pieces I have in stock are:
http://oldkraft.blogspot.ro/2016/01/en-here-is-blast-from-past-helpful.html

Price: 0.17 BTC  + Shipping

and

http://oldkraft.blogspot.ro/2015/12/en-here-is-something-for-military.html

Price: 0.63 BTC  + Shipping

Based on request I will calculate Shipping costs as necessary (Priority mail with tracking no).

Also, as mentioned above I would like to be contacted for orders of engravings and artworks done in this style or similar manner based on the client's own ideas and requests.
I would like this way of working much more, since it involves a much closer collaboration and dialogue with the customer.

For any questions feel free to drop me an e-mail at: isographer@yahoo.com
