Its been over a day now and still pending and no contact from anyone....not even yourself as ive messaged you too
honestly been the worst experience in trying to withdraw from a site ever
I enjoy playing on your site but to wait for withdrawals over a day is ludicrous sorry to say

I’m facing same problem again too. They are escalated to payment team. I believe they will make a payment to their members on weekday as I know payment team are not working on weekend. |

@lw13 I've just been told that your withdrawal has been processed. It looks like the size of your multiple attempted withdrawals put you into the manual approval queue, which had a bit of a backlog due to some problems over the weekend. I'm in discussions with the payment team now on how we can avoid this kind of problem affecting players in future.

my withdrawal requested on few days ago, but still no any feedback from payment team.
i asked few customer service thru live chat, but they just helping me to escalate to payment team and keep asking me to waiting.
i been waiting for few days and until now there's still no any feedback from payment team and no credited to my btc address.
im keep asking customer service but they only ask me to wait for the payment team response. and unable to giving me the estimate time.
this happened really make me frustrated.

-The most common problems:
i can't see my deposit : if you are sure that you haven't made any error in depost , than you will see it ( it's a delay with blockchain )
-Second type of problem:
My payout is not shown in your list (gone,missing,vanished.....) don't worry , this meant that payout need a manual verification nothing more
this verification will be done and you will recive your payout ,we do this manually every day
-The rarely seen problems:
(transaction cancled by node....) as you can see it's cancled by node ,this problem happen when a transaction take very long time to be confirmed by the node and than ignored ( this problem is made by miner not by our system ) this type of problem need more time to be resolved
