I am having problems as well, ordered Friday morning, got the confirmation email but nothing's showing up in blockchain. It's been almost 24 hours now and getting worried.

Turns out there was a technical problem transferring my funds, but the support staff contacted me via email and got the issue resolved fairly quickly. 36 hours later I have the coins in hand, on a weekend no less. Very pleased with Bitinstant.
