I am facing a problem and i need your help.i ma building a headless bitcoin wallet. But the openssl does not build without make depend. Which when i use does not produce libcrypto.a or -lcrypto
Am really stuck in this and my project really depends on success of building openssl.

make command finally initiated, the problem was as you mentioned is the missing zlib, also I needed to restart the system.

hello guys,

in this topic https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=149479.0 I am trying to follow all steps included. but I am stuck in step 2.6
it says the commands are:

cd /c/deps/libpng-1.6.16
configure --disable-shared
make
cp .libs/libpng16.a .libs/libpng.a

when I write make in Minsys shell it tells me:
"make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found.  Stop."

and when I put this command:
make -f makefile.in USE_UPNP=0
of
make -f makefile.am USE_UPNP=0

it says:
"makefile.in:15: *** missing separator.  Stop."

or

"makefile.am:16: *** missing separator.  Stop."


I tried many things but am still stuck. can anyone remove this frustration from my life.
