if you want to quit gambling you should spend all your bitcoin, bet them, buy stuff,
sell or hide them in a paper wallet and berry it in the ground.
if you have no money to gamble with, you automatically will quit gambling easily.

You can't have strategy in dice, you just pick high or low and hope for the absolute best.  This is just basically coin flipping and hope you can get a streak of luck.  Whoever tells you different is imagining things.

i will play gambling and shopping and alot of thing to do that's i can't think of it right now.

Don't gamble with money or bitcoins that you need. Put a stop loss level. Gamble only for fun not to earn money.
I know people that earn money with sports bets, but i know more people that looses btw or money betting.

its not that easy to earn 1 bitcoin.
