Thanks for the quick reply.
I am using a Bitcoin plugin written by jalder. Both the jalder and bitpay plugin would leave me having to update the prices in the store from time to time.

Hi all,

Dose any one have advice on keeping up with the value of Bitcoins for a small web store?
Just over the last month the exchange rate between USD and BTC went from around 11.00 to 13.50 on mtgox.
I do not want to have the items over priced because of the Bitcoin value increasing. At the same time it is a pain to update the prices for each item.
The web store is using zen cart and I am using the Bitcoin plug in for it.
