I do not believe that Bitcoin is dead. Because the evidence to this day Bitcoin still alive and the price is higher. You're wrong to say Bitcoin is dead and I personally will continue to buy and invest in Bitcoin in the long run. I think both the bitcoin and bitcoin cash has reached the bottom and the price will rise further. |

- reduced CPU usage for systems with a lot of GPUs.
Does V7 use the similar amount of the core or memory? Does it use similar power so that we can use the same setting (work size, GPU frequency) as the previous PoW algorithm? |

I totally agree with you, maybe the writer of this topic is too pessimistic about the future of bitcoin. Bitcoin will thrive in the future and nothing will stop it. Because bitcoin is the most valuable coin in the market for cryptocurrency, every time a market fluctuates, people often look at bitcoin and judge, in fact, the overall volatility of the market, not just of bitcoin. the OP i think put all his investments to bitcoin cash,thats why hes very consistent in this thread imposing bitcoin cash will take over bitcoin but he cant even prove all about this..and besides after he post this thread from few months,bitcoin still standing though facing a big drop.and for sure couple months soon it will recover and make another pump just like what had happen last december. I think it is better not to put all your investment in Bitcoin Cash, maybe up to 40%. |

I kept my Bitcoin Cash because it's peanuts compared to Bitcoin anyways. But I would never ever think of buying any. I kept mine too and never think of selling it not because I am a fun of BCH but because its a free money so might as well if it really going to more valuable in the future. I just don't think it's worth the effort of backing up my wallet and forking it... If it increases its value by a lot in a few years I will think about it again. Where is the source of Bitcoin Cash? That is the original Bitcoin - Bitcoin at present. So, if an altcoin clonned from the original Bitcoin can has high price in someday, do you think it is really easily to create more Bitcoin like Bitcoin Cash and receive a huge profits for anyone? Think it again and consider my words. The reason Bitcoin Cash had an initially high value was because most people didn't know how to fork and sell their coins and because it was heavily shilled on Bitcoin.com and other sites. So while some people could still try to profit off of forks, it will probably become less and less successful with every try. At least until Bitcoin Miners shoot themselves in the foot with their policies. That could be right. After pepople start selling, the Bitcoin Cash price has gone lower. |

Zcash coin is one of my favorite altcoin but I dont think this coin will reach 0.1 bitcoin in this year 2017 maybe possible price of bitcoin before end of this year 2017 is 0.1 . Zcash its look ethereum coin. Zcash for sure gives you a bigh profit in the future so itsbetter if you have zcash to make sure you did not missed any potential coin. Buy more zcash and hold it and make a lot of profit.
I think zec has already reached 0.1 bitcoin in the past few months. But it is lower now, along with many other coins. The price in terms of bitcoin, has not dropped much. |

zcash seems on the verge of breakout over $300 that should get it into $400s over next week or so.

as i say few days ago..its come closer and closer...no more panic buy...
as time passes by, more people are spending their bitcoin somtimes in zcash site, because they are believing that zcash will live so much longer. I believe it too that zcash will be one of the most powerfull coin in the market,it also has a very good value too when we convert it in bitcoins. just be cool , money will follow us, not now but eventually. I have converted some of the bitcoins into zcash. |

We are back to near $1100 now. I think the hard fork will not happen, and if it happens then it will crash but quickly go up again as people dump their BTU for BTC.
So buy some heart attack meds and have fun, BTC will win in the end.
Let's all just sit back get a popcorn or something, because we are seeing a recovery right now. I LOL at the heart attack meds mate. I hope the price recovery will continue in the next coming weeks so that we can just relax and see our investment grows. I'm not into bitcoin in 2013 when it crashes but I will for sure not have a heart attack and not panic that time. its seems that it will be a bounce back now hope no one got an heart attack because of this downfall and for those who knew how to play with btc better to keep watching and enjoy how the price moving as of now, waiting for another ride keep it up guys cheer up and relax.. The price is already more than $1100. It seems people have recovered from the statement of the Exchanges that they will keep the old bitcoin intact. |

Now it's clear that they are going to be praying for another sub $1,000 scenario, it's going to be fun since it looks like it's holding strong, and even if it dips under $1,000 we are going to look at a quickly bought dip. In fact, it's going up again as we speak.
I guess this is just a beginning for a new start and from what I feel that bitcoin isn't going to go below 1000$ ever now unless external things happen to it like hacking which can't be controlled. Nonetheless within the end of this year bitcoin will have a solid price of $2500+ for sure. How can you be so sure of that? Well In my opinion it might stabilize to the price ranges we have now but it is also possible that we will see another sub 1000$ price this year. Price ranges such as these ones attracts hackers to do something like hacking an exchange so we can't say for sure that it will go up more. Also whales tend to dump at big prices such as these to buy lower so it might cause dips if a whale dumps and many others follow. If the ETF coin is not approved, the price might drop below $1000. I think the price below $1000 will be a short period. |

The miner will get higher zec, falling to 0.2. The profit will also change little.
The mining profit has reduced a lot in the last three months. Sorry if my question looks stupid, but I'm trying to understand why is that so. So, why do you think the mining profit has reduced a lot? What are the reasons? Is that because of the increasing difficulty or because of the price of ZEC is falling? Actually, from my point of view, the price of ZEC in USD has not fallen a lot in the last three months. The price of the ZEC has reduced from over $100 to around $30 and the difficulty has not reduced a lot. |

We made it, this is just so nice and profitable, I hope it will rise more and more so we can all make profit, this is already a achievement.
Yes we did it and its nice that we can now really cash it out for some good money, I'm not making some nice amount, its a good start of the year. Luckily it already has been over this amount, I really think that the bitcoin has a great future and that it can take over the biggest currency's soon or later. The $1200 will be reached in the next few days. |

We are going to see a big surge in price and it will happen in a course of days, remember that last time we went from 600 to 1000 it took less than 15 days, so once it starts pumping and we get in the 800 territory, panic buy will kick in, 800 and 900 will go out quick and we will be sitting at 1000+, some people will panic sell at 1000+, it will correct a little, less than people think, then the people that missed the boat will jump in as soon as it goes below 1000, pushing the price to the next ATH.
It's very close to be happen now. At the end of the year, the price is going crazy. Some traders think this is a pump conditions. But hell no. We can celebrate the price now and keep it strong. It might take 2 to 3 months. It might take even longer. |

That is a more realistic prediction in my opinion. ZEC is at 0.0585 now and still dropping, 16% drop in one day. I think nothing can save the coin, even bots buying very small fractions of the coin at 0.066. Nobody will fall for that, people are smart nowadays. Zcah worth 10$! Maybe 15-20$! All over 20$ isover priced! Newcoins with same stuff offering coming that are under 1$! So why yse zcash for 20$ if you can use coin for 1-2$ fir anonimum transfer! 😜👍🏼 If that is the case, you should short the coins and make over 40$ each when it does drop to $10 or even lower. I do not think the ZCash price will go that low. Each time it drops, even when there are pumps, it keeps going lower every time. It's already at an all time low at 43$. At 35$, I'll stop mining it, if not before, and so will other "normal" people (by that I mean home miners who have like 2-3 rigs tops). Maybe if people stop mining it, the number of newly generated coins will drop, creating a void in supply and price will rise again, but I don't think that'll happen. I don't think it works like that. As far as I know the less people are mining the lower the difficulty becomes so basically the number of newly generated coins is not dropping when fewer people are mining. If I'm missing something here it would be great if someone would explain it better to me. It might be good to mine the ZCash now, the difficulty is quite low. |

i think it will be a great pump of zcash in december, after a slow start and low price near 0.05-0.07btc. wait and then make money)
That will only happen after the big whales have accumulated enough. It might not be ready in December. it will be more and more coins every day. I told about december because the date of slow start ending is the nearest date of something could happen. Then i will not see really big causes for pump. except whales accumulating, of cours. But for more strong pump they nedd some information activity and news, i think. There would be no news hence whales do appear on random ways and the price increase will surely be visible for all and that means the whales have just bought zcash but i think it wont happen on this upcoming december but well who knows on what will happen on zcash, price drops drastically since on the beggining. I think the pumper will wait until the Z address is implemented properly, then they will pump the coins a lot. |

Getting rich is not that easy and is not achieved by making a plan in advance except if it's a business model.
Either make a very succesful business with innovative ideas or just live life and try to seize every chance you get you'll have to be at the right place and time though.
Yeah having a own business can make you rich in future but make sure that you put all your best efforts in expanding your business over a period of time and if you succeed it will bring good money to you. That is right. If your business can earn bitcoin it is even better as the price of bitcoin will rise in the long term. |

I do not expect a big price rise. Ethereum is too over hyped at the moment and do not forget that there are mined around 36,000 new Ether each day.
I like to work with a reliable speculation on ethereum now. The Ethereum price is rising now. So it is better to buy some. I think the price will be pumped a lot soon. |

Try to have a nice job with high salary, and owning some business and with a little extra time on bitcoin , to have some extra income . With this you can increase your chances.
That is a good suggestion. it is better to earn the bitcoin as part of the salary. That is more secure and constant cash flow. |

I do not know why many Ethereum fork holders are happy with the price right now. The movement is still weak and it is very possible that it will go down again. It would be safer to save your money now and buy at a lower price later. If you buy now you are taking more extra risk than by buying lower.
The ETC price is dropping at the moment, if the trend continues, by the end of August, the DAO hacker will not earn much. Some ETC holders are very rich, they own a lot of bitcoins. So they might be able to support the price after the dump. So let them do that. I think the Ethereum Foundation should sell its ETC at the current price to support the development of ETH. The ETC has already declared independence. So it has its own community and its community will support its development. Does not mean that the Ethereum Foundation will not support the ETC developments in the future? The Ethereum Foundation will have nothing to do with the ETC. The ETC can copy the code if it wants to do. That will be a clone. The Ethereum Classic has already declared independenece. I think it will only use the codes from the ETH very selectively. That could be true. I heard there is a meeting of the ETC developers in London. But there is not much information about the meeting itself. The ETC price dropped after the meeting, so there could be no good news from the meeting in London. |
