I've heard of other cryptos such as Litecoin. I was wondering how are they similar/different to BTC? and if their are any other cryptos that are worth looking into?

My name is Brett and I'm new to the whole BTC scene, but i'm eager to learn as much as possible about BTC. I believe that BTC can and will change the world as we know it forever.

As of late I've became tired of having to work a "normal" job while i'm still at university so i've began to take an interest in Finance, and the stock market. I've also taken up an interest in computer science. A friend of mine was proof that you could do well in the NYSE if you have a good strategy, and "you can't treat the stock market like a casino". This friend who is ATC777 on this website is the person who also introduced me to BTC and showed me how it will change everything! I haven't started mining yet, but soon I will invest in a software so i can get things started and start collecting BTC.

If anyone has any advice or any suggestions to a good software program to mine please don't hesitate to let me know.
