Update - Ben is looking into what's caused the issue and has asked me to request a new transaction and provide the reference number, so hopefully this will soon be sorted.

I don't understand how my bitcoins 'just moved'? Do I have any recourse apart from trying to contact this guy? He's a student in Edinburgh from what I can tell...my chances look minimal! How can I get my bitcoins?!!!

Yesterday I registered on Bitchain.info and placed an order for Bitcoins directly from my wallet via Sofort. 3 hours later and the bitcoins still hadn't appeared on my bitchain.info wallet. I emailed support and had a reply from Ben stating that: Bitcoins were paid in this transaction: http://server2.blockchain.info/tx/2b4ac66b1b1514b8b971bb50e9b54490202beff4d57865baad18ff9f4b66f9ac wallet identifier XXXX The wallet identifier quoted is NOT mine. Have my bitcoins been paid into the wrong wallet somehow? How can I resolve this? Ben hasn't replied to my messages since and I'm nervous that I'm out of pocket.
