1  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: http://www.pyramining.com/ - Discussion thread (no advertising here) on: November 24, 2015, 01:32:43 PM
I am interested to know, if the people investing in 2012 will ever get their bitcoins back. Because I got only 5%, which is beyond a joke.

I vote for the payout threshold to be lowered to .01 BTC
Yeah, then you could experiment with lower amounts and try out the system before putting any substantial amount in it.

Or at least .05

BTC prices are ~3x higher than what they were when the payout threshold was lowered to .1

I am with the drop to .05, but .01 would cause way too much blockchain spam, something we need to consider for the future of bitcoin.

Unless he could implement a way for us to choose our min payout threshold, I dont see this as a security risk because the accounts are locked.
Maybe sending a certain amount of Bitcoins, e. g. to set the cashout to 0.05 BTC send 0.05123.
I'd definitely be up for having the threshold lowered, it could also be made a percentage of the account size. If payments were made at a set time instead of as each account reaches payout it could be done with multisend to cut down on transactions and chain spam.

WTF guys, seriously? Hey, why dont we make the payment 0.00001? Would that make you feel any better? If bitcoin would be worth over $1000, I would agree with you, but right now, it doesn't make any sense to me.
3  Economy / Speculation / Re: Too late to buy? on: November 08, 2013, 02:05:20 PM
It's never too late to buy. At least for now, when prices are rising. But will this always be the truth?
I don't think so. Does bitcoin get stronger with all the money pumped in, or someone just want's us to believe that? What must happen for bitcoin supporters and large hoarders to lose faith? Maybe a sudden drop to 1% of current value, after NSA's supercomputer 51% attack?

Well our hopes are similar. I find it hard to believe, my bitcoins are worth over $1000 one day. That would be like flying on crack.

Cool video man. I watched it all yesterday unable to do pretty much anything. Waited for crash that never happened...
6  Economy / Speculation / Re: What price do you see Bitcoins reaching? on: May 13, 2013, 07:23:58 PM
If bitcoin continues on his warpath with the current greed, bots, lag and amateurism in many services, price manipulation by big players, you can't be serious about any value above 200$.
But once enough serious businesses start to emerge and provide stable and transparent services, it will all change the market and the price. When and if that time comes, that's the billion dollar question.
7  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin 2013 conference is this week on: May 13, 2013, 07:14:29 PM
Conferences don't affect the price. Pump and dump does and so do the bots and Mt.Cox lag. But something is going on already. This stable price is just a calm before the storm.
8  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: ★ VEscudero's trustworthy service for Buying and Selling bitcoins ★ on: December 29, 2012, 04:01:12 PM
I traded this week about 10k EURO with Vescudero and his service was fast and reliable. I needed to change very fast and that's exactly what I've got. No need to be bullied by MtGox with all those verifications. In the future I will make a trade with him again. Keep up the great service! Cool

Really annoying for me, but I understand that it's necessary these days
