Não adianta votar num Bolsonaro/Guedes se não votar nos Senadores, deputados e vereadores liberais.

Interessante, essa Heritage Foundation existe desde 1995 e eu nunca tinha ouvido fala dela, que eu me lembre. Quando vi seu tópico eu pensei que o Brasil estava no máximo em " MODERATELY FREE" ou acima, fiquei muito surpreso com o que vi nesse site. E se o cartão for emitido para fora do Brasil (Europa, por exemplo), dá para usar ele no Brasil?
Se for um cartão internacional, talvez, dependendo da rede credenciada; mas certamente as taxas para essas operações certamente inibiriam seu uso neste cenário hipotético. Bom, rezar para o único que conheço em terras tupiniquins conseguir manter o serviço ( https://mibank.com.br/)... veremos  Havendo esta opção do mibank, já uma grande coisa. |

O problema em questão não são as cryptocurrencies e sim a nova política da Mastercard de não emitir cartões para não residentes na Europa. É muito estranho.

Com a proibição para as empresas emitirem cartões pré-pagos da bandeira Mastercard (pelo que vi Visa também) para não-residentes da Europa, alguém tem opção para tal?
Algumas empresa que ainda esteja emitindo e que não irá bloquear?

Adicionalmente os cartões Mastercad da Payeer e AdvCash (que não são crypto, mas são e-currencyes) serão bloqueados no final do ano.

Maybe try https://www.electrum.org/ it's a desktop client that you don't need to sync Thank you i will try it. The reindexing now rest 43 weeks. Frustrating experience with this Bictoin Core to 0.12.0. |

After update my Bictoin Core to 0.12.0 whe restarted, got the message which the blocks are corrupted and must be reindexed, but the wait time is upper than 5 years here.
Anyone now hoe to solve it?
It means your client is more than 5 years behind with the blocks it is reindexing, that's no estimate on how long you have to wait, but on how far down the chain the process is. It will go down from those >5 years slowly up until it catches up with the current blocks. Thank you. I will wait. Now rest 4 years and 21 weeks. |

After hard working and collect some BTC's (lot of time) when i tryed spend money, the other part not got the money and at blockchain show's "Unspent" status.
Anyone can tell me if him will receive this money? Because the amount was already removed from my BTC wallet. The transaction show's 77 confirmations from now.
When you say "blockchain" do you mean blockchain.info? If so, keep in mind that its just a service and can be faulty. Always check with other blockchain explorers[1]. The point is: the other person not received the amount yet. already past 12 hours.
