sorry this is unclear. I will give her a paper wallet with bitcoin address and private key. laminated and nice etc. where should she take this paper wallet to access the money? blockchain.info import paper wallet and enter private key or what?

Hi! I want to give out a paper wallet containing 0.21 BTC as a present. What should i tell her how she can spend that money in 10 years? I mean what are the steps, what program/site to use etc. i know its gona be easy in 10 years but lets say its tomorrow. how can she get access to that money?
