Hey Charlie,

Forgive me for posting here as well, but I've yet to hear back from you recently using PM so I was hoping that perhaps providing you with my zipzap account info #:835637646 on the order in question and the BTC address of the $$'s ($116.05) destination: 12h5tjUw1Yz9GBP6Xvd5wnqWjPhnG5bUiN would help expedite the processing.

It's been about 2+ days since the original transaction was placed and I feel like I have been pretty friggin patient thus far.  Mostly because I see the effort you put in on these threads and have sympathy for your unintentional delay issues, but the longer the hours go by while seeing others have their orders processed, the less patient I become.  Hoping to have this behind me soon (AKA this afternoon).  Lemme know how it's going, regardless, so I know what and when to expect some sort of movement on this issue.  Thanks again.

I wish I would have come here before making my own transaction today.  Seems that something is going on over there, because like someone said earlier, this is fairly unusual.  Same problem for me it appears with a confirmation email coming from ZipZap, but nothing from BitInstant.  I did manage to trade emails with one of their support staff though, who said that he'd have to forward my order to their Tech Support, who will supposedly manually transfer my outstanding funds.  He mentioned it would take a day, which I was initially quite irritated with, but after reading some of y'alls horror stories, I'll take it.

About 5 hours ago I made a cash deposit using Bitinstant through ZipZap.  The address associated with my OKPay wallet was supposed to be the destination for those funds.  Alarmingly enough though, I've yet to receive anything even though my order appears to have already obtained the 6 confirmations required (according to Blockchain) prior to the funds being available.  In fact, I believe the funds are indeed allocated to the address used in my transaction order, but since OKPay is an e-wallet, I don't have the first clue as to where I could find the Private Key associated with that address and therefore my hands are tied.  I am unsure if this whole cluster-f*$ck is due to an issue with OKPay, Bitinstant, or worse yet, that something screwy is going on and my funds have been hijacked somehow.  I'm unsure the latter is even really possible, but when I can't access the cash I get wary.

Can someone help me understand what's going on?  To me, it seems more likely to be an issue with OKPay, but I don't really know.  If need be, my Bitinstant info used to make the deposit in question is:

OrderID: 299e78cb-e83b-4893-8fc6-07001494149a

Any advice, or suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Hey Charlie,

I tried to send you a PM, but was unable to for some reason.  Not authorized to do so i guess.  Not sure.  Regardless, we've exchanged a number of emails but I've yet to have my funds sent to my BTC address provided.  I was hoping that this route may be quicker.  My Quote ID for the order in question is: 2bf31656-2db9-43e5-a5ff-ee696db1240c.  I'd love to be able to have the funds in my BTC Wallet tonight, as it has been over 24 hours now since I made the transaction to begin with.  Please lemme know if there's anything else on my end you may need to expedite this situation.
