Xabi Alonso performance with Leverkusen was quite perfect because Xabi succeeded in making Leverkusen quite strong this season. He managed to bring two trophies to Leverkusen and now he is a coach who is much talked about and has attracted big European teams to him. However, we have seen that he is more comfortable with Leverkusen and Xabi also has full support from all groups, both fans and the Leverkusen board. Failure in the European league is certainly very disappointing but it is not a big problem because Xabi success in bringing Leverkusen to become champions in the Bundesliga is more than enough if he succeeds in bringing about changes in his performance.

In the next season, Xabi Alonso will definitely face the biggest challenge again because next season Leverkusen will play in the Champions League where the competition will be even fiercer. And also in the Bundesliga where Bayern Munich will try hard to win trophy again, of course next season will be more interesting than this season. I don't think De Rossi is a better coach than Mourinho.   Mourinho is a very experienced coach. However, Mourinho was sacked by the management due to conflict with the Roma management.   However, after De Rossi took charge of Roma, the team was able to consistently perform well.   But Roma's good performance did not last long.

After De Rossi took over as coach, Roma played 26 matches and won 14 matches. De Rossi's win percentage is 53.8. On the other hand, under Mourinho, Roma played 138 matches and won 68 matches.   win percentage is 49.28.   So I can't say that De Rossi has been able to improve the Roma team much.   It is not possible to give a prediction about how the Roma team will play next season.

Even though they realize that getting good performance takes time, but in reality they often change coaches. But what doesn't make sense is, when in his first season the coach failed to produce good results for the team, but they would quickly fire their coach. Barcelona will not remain in poor form by next season and I don't see Girona taking the place of Barcelona in the league any time soon because Barcelona still has a better team and more quality players then them and for next season I think the competition will be tough because notable players may be joining the team in the transfer windows.
