Important modification!
We changed the logic of fixing rates for operations with cryptocurrency
We always strive to provide you with the best conditions for buying / selling and exchanging crypto currency in the network.
And we do everything possible for this.
Due to the high volatility in the markets, we faced a number of difficulties and risks using a fixed exchange rate
with the crypto currency even for 40 minutes.However, we are firm in our intention to continue to provide you with better conditions.
For this reason, armed with common practice, we decided to refuse fixing the rate in operations with crypto-currencies until the moment of receiving a payment (when exchanging for crypto currency) and obtaining 1 confirmation (when exchanging from crypto currency).
This change will allow us to continue to provide you with a quality service with minimal commissions.
These changes take effect from 05/02/2017

и получения 1 подтверждения(при обмене с крипто-валюты).
Данное изменение, позволит нам и дальше предоставлять вам качественный сервис с минимальными комиссиями.
Данные изменения вступают в силу с 02.05.2017
