I'm sorry to hear of this trouble, but the bitcoin network is designed to make chargebacks impossible. Blockchain.info never has access or control of a user's bitcoins in any way, which means only the end user has 100% control over his own bitcoins. This means we have no power to stop or reverse a transaction for you.

I am extremely disappointed with this situation. Can you at least send my case situation and emails correspondence to higher level and owners at your company maybe some of them are wiling to give some of my BTC back as I said I would be extremely grateful for that, I don't want to profit of this just to return my investment on a damned day i invested in BITCOIN. There are few question that I need to be answered. Are you going to help me recover my stolen BTC or not? Have your technicians seen the transactions from thieving addresses and tried to obtain IP-s to look where the funds went to. Did you forward my case to higher instances at your company. What are you telling me, that my 11 months salary here in frackin CROATIA is gone for ever without no way to get back even the initial investment? You are a big company and 14.5 BTC is nothing but a tip of iceberg for you but a year of hard work for me here. I know that in the past you have helped a lot of people in situations like mine... I tried to follow those transactions it all wind up in different IP addresses ending with more million dollar balances. It is some kind of major HACKING operation or something some of transactions are from today so and are still alive so it is possible to trace who robed me of my 16.52 BTC - BLOCKCHAIN can surely do the tracking .

You have not answered my questions at all.
I understand that transaction cant be reversed. I know that the only way is that BLOCKCHAIN returns me the 14,5 BTC - what was my initial investment. Because in my opinion it is partially your fault not to take down the HACKED SITE right away, that HACKED site was responsible for my BTC to get stolen.
1.) How many incidents of this type did you have at the end of last year? It could also be an inside job!!! I am really frustrated and pissed about my situation and i really don't know what to do because 14,5 BTC is fracking lot of money for me in CROATIA.
2.) Did you forward my case to highest instances or owners of BLOCKCHAIN?
