It is possible to see all addresses; every single one under 'Receiving' and 'Change' starts with a 3

I think I've found it.  There was a fee of 0.004 BTC to return my 0.001 BTC so I must owe somebody 0.003 BTC

That's what I'd expect but there's no change and my total balance is zero.
Here's a screen shot before the transaction finalized showing the problem.

Thanks for your reply.  It just seems very odd that the transaction fee was exactly 0.00097867

So, I had 0.36293055 BTC in my wallet and I send 0.36195188 BTC to Shapeshift to trade them to ETH.  The Eth arrived and I got a receipt from Shapeshift with all the correct details but my wallet shows 0.36293055 has left leaving a balance of zero.

Can anyone explain what might have happened?
