1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ██ BLAZEPOOL.COM - Tested Stable and Secure MultiAlgo AutoExchange Pool ██ on: March 12, 2018, 10:55:37 AM
Thanks can you tell me why it wasn't paid out in the last run I reckon it should have been over the minimum threshold.

Actually a payment is now showing, looks like it was just a little slow updating on the site, all good.

@drumltd Got your PM and thanks for your continued support.  We've checked your account and see that all coins are matured as of now except for the following one:

MKTCoin (x17)   13.508 MLM   13,859   0.54%   95h13m ago

This is now at a little over 114hours.  But this should be normal for this coin as maturity block count is set for 101 blocks with 20 more blocks to go before confirmation.  You can mouse-on the status box on the coin to see this status information.

Blazepool

Thanks can you tell me why it wasn't paid out in the last run I reckon it should have been over the minimum threshold.

@drumltd  Could you please PM us your address for troubleshooting?  Thanks.  And 300 seconds is a great choice for many pools and should not introduce too much switching.  As its all about low difficulty durations, sometimes not really intuitive.

Thanks, you have a pm. I'll try a shorter autoswitch, see what I get.

We recommend 300 seconds intervals.  Benchmark all algo for your rig GPU combination and we recommend choosing around 6-7 algos for the actual mining.

300 seconds? That's like every 5 minutes, surely at that rate, you'll waste more time changing algorithm than actually mining?

Hello,

UPDATE

Mainly concerning mining software profit switch developers. I want to provide specification for new parameter in currencies API. This will be used for better support of Option 3, where you are unable to identify no autotrade coins as of now.

There will be new field added

"noautotrade":1 coin is not supported in Option 3 (it is not auto tradeable)
"noautotrade":0 coin is supported in Option 3 (it is auto tradeable)

Below example with CBS coin where it is safe to mine it with Option 3, CBS will be auto-exchanged.

Code:
"CBS":{"algo":"neoscrypt","port":4233,"name":"Cerberus","height":35240,"workers":382,
"shares":12563,"hashrate":11543640,"estimate":"0.10225","24h_blocks":0,"24h_btc":0,"lastblock":33267,"timesincelast":249372,[b]"noautotrade":0[/b]},

That looks more useful, however will the estimate value, have any consistency, or will you have to know what the unit is from the main site, i.e. GH/MH etc?
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Yiimp Pool API on: February 27, 2018, 12:37:36 PM

Can anyone explain the figure in api/status on a yiimp pool?

What are the units for the "estimate_current" "estimate_last24h" "actual_last24h" are they related to hash_rate in anyway to me it looks like they are in different units depending on what is display on the website.

Problem with this is it makes it quite tricky interpreting the API?

The person with 1000 merit on that page appears to have a similar view point to me.

Where?

Again I'm not going to post links to all the cryptopia scams you can use Google and figure it out for yourself

You been warned. Just like everyone else has. Now if your Coins get stuck and you lose money don't complain you have been warned

I have yet to see any proof of a SCAM rather than an over stretched exchange, I have googled, and have searched here, and I've read reddit. While I have found plenty of example of an exchange stuggling to keep up, and maybe not handling things brilliantly, I have yet to find any proof of wrong doing.

The Reason BWK wasn't in the list of coins, is because it is now mostly fixed, there is a small glitch that you need to give your wallet a shake for the balance to show up.

I feel like there's something wrong with the sentence "it just took several weeks"  Roll Eyes like... "meh... it's not a big deal!"

Yes, probably not worded brillantly LOL. What I was trying to get accross is that I don't think they are trying to scam people, they are just severally overloaded.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BWK] BULWARK | NO ICO | Masternodes | Accelerated PoW | Seesaw PoS/MN on: February 26, 2018, 08:46:50 AM
For those of you that are slagging Cryptopia off because the deposits are in the history, but not on you're balance, it is very easy to fix, and small exchange in our out of the wallet will fix the problem, so either buy or sell the minimum amount of BWK, and the others will appear.

As for DigitalDrugLord I was asking for proof that Cryptopia were scamming people and yet again you have failed to provide any. My opinion is that they are severly overloaded and not keeping up with forks\wallet updates etc. but you will eventually get something sorted out, Let's face it we got our coins for BWK it just took several weeks.

Cryotopia is taking your coins making master nodes  with everybody's coins...then they  break the wallets and taking the rewards from master nodes while they hold your coins

Where is the proof for that theory?

Everyone knows stocks exchange and cryotopia is breaking wallets and taking node rewards

It's on many threads here use the search button

Save me the hassle, and post a link to the thread with proof. Not just everyone knows.

Ahh, I think the amount I have showing initally is too small to sell lol. wonder if I exchange some in, might give it the kick it needs.

EDIT: Yep, anyone else in the same boat, I bought 2.0BWK and got 30+BWK cos it freed up the previous deposits.

Yes mine have now arrived aswell, they are dated in the deposit history from when they were sent, but in order of only just arriving LOL.

Actually I tell a lie, they are showing in my deposit history, but not in my balance. Anybody elese seen the same?
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Calculating an Estimated Mining Profit. on: February 24, 2018, 01:29:18 PM
I personally don't think WTM includes enough coins, and Crypto-Coinz is often plain wrong. So I wanted to calculate the best coin to mine.

In theory which pool you mine from shouldn't make a huge difference as it averages out of time, however there maybe some benefit it using one of the more popular pools for that coin, on the basis it should get a hit more often.

What the exercise has shown me, is that it's incredibly hard to get accurate information for the multitude of coins that are available. I am starting to get some sensible results, but there are still anomalies in the results like CROP is still been mined at one pool even though it is now a PoS reward only now. And PBS is ranking high, even tough the coin has effectively been declared dead and will be removed from the last exchange in a couple of days time.

19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Collecting Shitcoin Wallets on: February 24, 2018, 09:12:57 AM
Right by shitcoins, I just mean anything that isn't yet "mainstream" so 2 people have responded with signatures, one for DNR and the other is GOA, without insulting anyone both of those are shitcoins in my book, until they start to rise above the rest in some way.

A few people have mentioned MEW, which I always thought was just an ethereum wallet. Can someone point me to how I can add a wallet for either of the above 2 coins if that is possible, or have I misunderstood?
