1  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What would you ideally like to be able to buy with bitcoins on: June 19, 2011, 08:07:20 AM
I'd like to buy the things I need for day-to-day living. There's a ton of stuff on the marketplace I'd like to have, but don't really need and would never consider purchasing except that they're selling for btc.
2  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: SOLO MINING = LOTTERY (in contrast to the more regulated pooled mining) on: June 19, 2011, 08:02:13 AM
Solo mining would be rough.  According to my deepbit account: "Number of blocks found by you: 0"

I've found 5, total btc earned 183. I guess I should have played the lottery.

I use MSI Afterburner profiles to do this, although it doesn't quite do what I want it's better than doing it manually.

I've been thinking of trying out another pool too for quite awhile but never got around to it, guess now's as good a time as any.

With the amount of spamming and trolling I've been seeing, I think people should only be able to post outside of the newbies section if they have a post count of over 9000.

Won't this just increase the spamming and trolling?
