Yeah, like Gabi said, Multibit ( https://multibit.org/ ) or Electrum ( http://electrum.org/ ) is the way to go. They are light clients and are usable in seconds after the installation.

I'm going to state the obvious, but... you could consider accepting Bitcoin... Wink

I don't know if you want this, but http://gigatux.com offers VPS "Virtual Private Server" at a reasonable price and seems pretty legit. I was considering them but ended up with a local company.
The Bitcoin Wiki also has more info on other VPS companies taking Bitcoin: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Trade#Dedicated.2FVirtual_Server_Hosting

Suggestion: You could create a facebook page (or a page at another service like Google sites) just to explain what you do, what fees do you charge, what types of money transfers you accept, etc...

This is, in my opinion, one of the more serious "non-obvious" problems with Bitcoin-QT for newcomers or non-experts.

Newcomer POV: "I know my wallet just stores my private key, and I backed-up my key and wallet, so I should be fine, right?"
Wrong!

It is non-intuitive and bad usability.

Bitcoin-QT could send the "change" back to the originating wallet by default, and have an option in the settings (for privacy-seekers) to send the change to another address.
As an alternative, users would be presented with the two options (and information) when starting the client.

It would be interesting to have the additional option to bypass the newbie restrictions via a Bitcoin donation (something like 1BTC would probably stop trolls creating many accounts) or by providing a national ID / citizen card.

Multibit ( https://multibit.org/ ) or Electrum ( http://electrum.org/ ) is the way to go, no blockchain download and are ready to use in a few seconds. The original client (Bitcoin-Qt) is only recommended if you need some more advanced features, like running a server.
I have been running 64-bit Windows with several Bitcoin clients (including the original) for many months and did not had any problems.
