1  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrencies and our daily life on: March 07, 2018, 08:18:21 AM
Depending on which country the person is living. Nowadays you can use crypto currency to buy your daily needs. Of course this method of paying something with crypto currency isnt widely spread for some technical and government issue.

If things go smoothly with bitcoin then we might see a large adoption among companies or businesses to include bitcoin as a source of payment.
2  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do You Have Any Fear Bitcoin Might Crash Someday. on: March 02, 2018, 03:08:46 AM
There will always be fear that bitcoin might someday crash, just like any other currency. Bitcoin crashing may seem impossible with it trends right now, but who know what the future holds for bitcoin.

Whatever the future may hold for bitcoin it will surely affect a lot of people. Crash or gain more value people and large investor are looking forward to it.
3  Other / Meta / Re: Rank in Bitcointalk on: March 01, 2018, 10:51:34 AM
ranking on the account bitcointalk to ride is determined by how much of our activity and there are already minimum requirement if you want can take rank, besides merit also very influential in the rise in rank on this account.

Without having enough merits points those activity are useless after all. Merits will the primary reason for an account to rank up. There will some a time when forum users will have so much activity and will still be on the same rank as they were when the merit system was introduce.
4  Economy / Economics / Re: What is The actual senses about bitcoin for common people ? on: March 01, 2018, 07:07:10 AM
They think about Bitcoin as a ponzi or pyramid scheme. Some of them think it as a great way to earn money and become rich. Nearly none of them think about technology or Blokchain.

Yeah, it is a great way to earn money but most of the people who are new to bitcoin never really care about the technology, all they know is how to gain profit from bitcoin. This is proven that why many people are being scam to join ponzi scheme were its blatant in the internet. I really cant blame them if they think bitcoin is a ponzi or pyramid scheme because of their first hand experience while not really realizing what bitcoin is.

6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Starting with bitcoins on: January 25, 2018, 11:16:39 AM
What do you guys think is the best alternative?

Its better if you buy at Coinbase, i have been buying and using their system for 1 year now. As for Gemini and Blockchain i havent tested buying and verifying may account there.

I,m going to buy to an offline wallet?

Youll definitely need Ledger nano S. The most secured offline wallet that you will ever need to store your coins.

And is there a fee for sending my bitcoins between any of those places and my offline bitcoin wallet?

Every transaction goes though the network and you will be needing to pay fees to transfer from your web wallet to your offline wallet.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Ripple the best coin to buy on: January 25, 2018, 09:05:13 AM
Ever since i read the news about ripple having a lawsuit by a certain bank ive lost faith in it. Ive sold my ripple thinking that the company would eventually go down and my coin will drop in its value. For me ripple is not one of the best option to have as it may drop its price in the following months.
Just my opinion but if you want to go further with ripple then better read some online articles about them and how things are going with the lawsuit.
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Shyness in gambling on: January 25, 2018, 08:14:47 AM
Have you ever felt that you didn't play just because you were shy?

Yes, actually it occur to me. When i was playing with my relative i was winning and almost all of their money was into me. Suddenly i became shy taking all their money at the end of the game i gave back all their losses. They are still my relative so i wouldnt care if i gave all my winnings, if were to play with my friends or some strangers i wouldnt do it.

9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is crypto mining profitable? on: January 25, 2018, 07:05:44 AM
What would be the best setup to get started?

Depending on what kind of crypto currency are you going to mine. If you want to mine bitcoin then you will need to have a huge amount of capital for the ASIC equipment and also for the monthly electric bill which cost a lot.

If you were to mine altcoin then i would suggest to you that you mine monero, ethereum and most coins who in the top 10 of coinmarketcap. They are much more easy to mine compared to bitcoin and the cost for mining rig will also be lesser.

Profit varies on what coin you choose to mine and the amount of money you will release as a capital.
10  Economy / Economics / Re: How can Bitcoin be used as loans for real estate? on: January 25, 2018, 05:45:09 AM
How can Bitcoin ever reach that point of acceptance by a government if ultimately Bitcoin is disruptive against all states and governments?

If bitcoin wouldnt be so volatile government might reconsider their actions towards bitcoin. Anonymity is also one thing to look at since most bitcoin users are anonymous except for the ones who do trading at the market.

Or can Bitcoin be money even if it can only be used as a gold substitute?

We are using it as a "money right now, but government and most financial institute look the other way. Without the acknowledgement of the government bitcoin will still be a bubble, scam etc. and wont come near gold.
11  Economy / Speculation / Re: what would it take for bitcoin to rise again? on: January 24, 2018, 06:06:58 AM
what kind of news do you think will trigger a bitcoin pump

The news that bitcoin will have a really huge will be.

1. Bitcoins network has become stable again thus making the fees drop around $1-$2 per transaction and there will be no more longer waiting time for the transaction to be receive.

2. Various government finally accepted the concept of bitcoin thus making it as a commodity.

These type of news will trigger a huge pump in bitcoins price and will probably the big thing since internet came out.
12  Economy / Speculation / Re: Realistically, how do you think bitcoin will perform this year? on: January 24, 2018, 04:59:34 AM
With segwit acceptance increasing, and the advent of the lightning network likely by year end, how does bitcointalk think BTC will perform this year, and why?

Im still yearning at bitcoins positive side, true that segwit user has increase since the clog is still there in the network. Hopefully that this year 2018 issues will be resolve so that we could move further ahead in expanding bitcoins investors (more investor means price will go up).

Bitcoin has been with the battle with regulations and users losing trust in the network, FUDs everywhere in the internet and some news agency but still bitcoin price is fighting this in the market, if the regulations will be halted then this will yet to be another year of bitcoin.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [BREAKING NEWS] Good News: South Koreans To Resume Crypto Trading In 7 Days on: January 24, 2018, 04:06:34 AM
If this news was true then the market will be lively again, i think 5% of the trading volume comes from South Koreans. Having them join again will make the market price of bitcoin back to $12k again (hope so). This will be certainly a good news to us traders, still waiting for some big chinese bitcoin players to back again so that the market will be more lively.
14  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do we need to gamble? on: January 23, 2018, 08:21:54 AM
"Gambling is just for cowards".

What do you mean by this? Gambling are for risky takers who can withstand the out come of a loss bet, gambling is not for the weaken heart. If gambling are for cowards then you also dont have any balls at all.

i seriously enjoy gambling

You enjoy gambling and yet you said that "Gambling is just for cowards", not all gamblers are like you and with a sentiment in gambling like yours.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Earn BTC online with no money on: January 23, 2018, 06:45:27 AM
I think btc is very expensive now, if you do not want to invest in,

If the person really wants to invest in bitcoin that person doesnt need to buy the as a whole BTC, he/she can buy a smaller amount to begin tradings, of course it will have also small returns but as the person progress in trading investment will also grow.

you can join in bounties and sell the reward altcoins to btc after this coin listed on an exchange.

It could eventually be viable when you really want to invest in bitcoin without releasing any money at your disposal.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why does bitcoin crash occasionally? on: January 23, 2018, 04:54:20 AM
-snip-
could it be large-scale market manipulation?

Yeah, a few days ago bitcoin was averaging at $12k after their pump it is now down to $10k again, this is probably due to the whales that has been manipulating the market for their own gains.

Or is it simply FUD leading to a wide-spread panic selling?

It has also some effect on small scale traders because they cant really compete with the big traders they only go with the trend that whales decide.
FUD can really spread fear when your budget in the market is low, cant blame the small traders as they only want to profit on what ever they can hold.
17  Economy / Speculation / Re: The pathetic state of Bitcoin Core and why it will crash. on: January 23, 2018, 02:35:09 AM
-snip-
ALL your posts are negative about BTC. Why do you even come here and post about BTC if you don't own any or don't see any future for it?

He is a well known spreader of FUD here in this forum, intentions wise i dont know what he is up to but sometimes FUD spreader are good because you can take advantage of what they say which sometimes reflect on the market. Its buying time.

You must be SHORT on BTC which is why explain your posts.

I think he has enough BTC since hes a member since 2010, maybe spreading FUD is just what he does when he is bored.

18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: trading or faucits on: January 22, 2018, 10:44:26 AM
which is more easy to earn bitcoins?

Faucet is the easiest way to get or earn bitcoin, you just literally click and you will be rewarded with bitcoins, but the bitcoin you will be getting are just pennies dont expect to that it will make you rich.

what can you suggest for me i only got low investment.

You can invest at Saga and UTT coins they are new at the market and very promising specially UTT.

and how can i earn high profit?

If you want to earn high profit then invest a lot of money in a coin that you want so that when you trade them in the market the return will be big also.
19  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin casino. Have anyone played them? Are they trustable? on: January 22, 2018, 09:14:53 AM
-snip-
so I have a question - can I trust any of these casinos and does they really pay out Bitcoins.

I think it would be best for you to find bitcoin casino here in this forum rather than trust some website who advertise bitcoin casino`s. There are many reputable bitcoin casino here who have many regular gamblers, it would be best for you to choose some site here and gamble so that your money or your winnings will be delivered to you and you wont be scammed.

If anybody has experience with Bitcoin casinos, please let me know.

Lately i have been gambling at stake.com, i love the design of the website and so far so good nothing bad has happen with my winnings and withdrawals, nothing new about the games as they are the same with other bitcoin casino.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: will Altcoins Survive on: January 22, 2018, 08:08:31 AM
False, when bitcoin goes down, altcoins goes down too.

Nope, there are some alt coins that manage to gain value when bitcoin price goes down, not all alt coin follow the drop of bitcoin. Majority of alt coin may drop its price following the drop of bitcoin but certainly not all. If you look at coinmarketcap there are gainers in value when bitcoin drops on its price.

The prices are always following bitcoin's pattern, when did you see that altcoins are always going up?

Of course the market doesnt play that way, theres no such thing that a value of a coin will always increase hence it will drop and increase its value overtime.
