Has anyone tried whaleclub.co trading? I found this site recently and reviews online and Twitter seem positive but have not seen much on bt.

CFTC jurisdiction is worldwide but they can only protect US residents / citizens. Meaning even if your exchange / trading platform is based offshore you cannot serve US residents / citizens.

Many other countries have the same regulations but they enforce them less strictly.
