I know with prepaid debit cards these days, you get a number that you can use online before the physical card arrives.  Does Shift do the same thing?  Cause I kinda need to spend some BTC today or tomorrow at the very latest.

Also, anything else I should know their service?

The coins in my wallet don't seem to staking.  My weight is 315, and it SAYS it's staking, expected reward time is 10 minutes.  But on overview, none of my 2000 coins are listed as staking?  Am I missing some really obvious?  I'm new to staking with QT wallets.

I just bought some to (hopefully) keep the price at 49 for now, and hopefully someone will try to pump it before someone else dumps.  :I 

This is way different from trading Ethereum or Decred.

They're racing to the bottom, it's kinda sad.  No one knows how to trade, they're so excited over a dollar or two worth of btc.

Edit:  Okay, seems to be getting better now, price is moving up.  I was really hoping it wouldn't reach 1 satoshi, so many coins die so hard that way.

On the front page it seems to say there was 700 airdrop slots.

I had to kill a few minutes, and I saw the logo proposal thing.  It was an excuse to draw an oldschool pokemon, and I'm okay with that. 

Sketched from scratch, didn't use any copyrighted stuff from google images, so no worries there. But it is obviously really rough atm.  Let me know if you could use something like this and if so, tell me if you want anything changed and I'll start the final version.

So what's the plan on how to transition from being an XCP asset?  Are you using the same list on the darkclam site to make a brand new genesis block, or is there gonna be some kind of exchange?  Asking cause I made a total noob mistake; I threw away the paper that had my 12 word passphrase on it.  I'd completely forgotten about it when I was tidying my desk drawers.  Oops.

I do some volunteer artwork for Decred at times and got talk to Ingsoc a bit.  I have full faith in the devs, they're serious about DCR not being just another BTC clone.  And it isn't.  Just go to the forums and look at the proposals.  And they're not out to replace any other coin, either.  If they were talking shit about it taking down Bitcoin or whatever, then I'd be suspect.  They're humble, they're realistic, and they're actually pretty idealistic, which I consider a plus.  Shows they actually care about DCR as a project.   Someone asked them about an ICO before launch, and they said they'd never take money from the community in exchange for DCR, they wanted the initial distro to be as fair as possible. 

Anyways, time will tell, but I'm positive DCR will be around for a long time.  It's already had more success than most altcoins.  It'll go up and down and be pretty volatile for a while, like any other new coin, but it's not gonna be some pump and dump coin that eventually gets abandoned.

Because Procom is really low volume right now, even small buy/sells can affect the price quite a bit.  It's not even close to stable right now, just calm down and give it some time and let the devs follow the roadmap.  Coins can take months to catch on.

I'm getting ready for a big illustration/webcomic project that's gonna take a TON of my time.   So naturally, this is looking more and more interesting, really seems like a great idea.  I guess time will really tell, but good luck!  Can't wait to try it out!

It's kinda silly.  Why dump now for a few Satoshis?  You can get a similar amount from fauceting.  I'm gonna hold mine for a few months and just see what happens.  The dev team seems like they're taking this project seriously, it's clearly not just a coin created for a pump and dump.

Also, I think maybe once it hits a bigger Exchange, and maybe there's a prize buy for the first sellers to set a precedent.  Either way, I really think Procom is worth more than what the impatient people are dumping for.  They're really gonna be kicking themselves in the ass later.

I've run it through three anti-virus and anti-malware programs, it came up clean every time.  Definitely false positives.
