How is this working and what exactly are you doing?
We buy BTC for cash in package, better known as cash by mail. You inform us with the amount of coins you wish to sell. Based on the current average price of kraken.com we create a price quotation for you, which includes our fees already. Then you send the Bitcoin to the escrow of choice, we prefer Localbitcoins, as there is an automatic process guaranteed without any (directly) involved 3rd parties. We send the cash safely packed into stealth and safe packaging to your delivery address of choice (can be "Packstationen" - Germany) or any other address. We don't care if this is your home address or just a drop. The addresses will be deleted and not even electronically saved after the delivery is completed.
How long is the delivery time?
We ship from Austria, Germany or Switzerland, whatever you prefer. Shipping is done with DHL or DHL Express. With the regular shipment, which is included already in our rates, it takes about 3-5 working days and with Express (+10€) usually not longer than 48 hours for the cash to arrive, sometimes even shorter.
Do I get a tracking number?
Yes, of course. Directly after the package was sent out you get the number for shipment tracing.
Are other currencies possible beside EUR?
No, if you would like to receive, use other currencies, please order Euros and exchange them at local banks and changers.
Is this service safe to use?
You can use escrow and get the tracking ID of your package. Also, we pack the cash as safe and stealth as possible. Outside people are unable to identify the content of the parcels.
How to prevent myself from receiving counterfeit notes?
You make an uncut video of the full process of unpacking the closed parcel right after receiving. There you can check the notes and if everything should be wrong, you get replaced. But we guarantee 100% safe, clean and real notes.
Can you do 10.000€ directly? And what is your minimum?

First things first, we do not have a fixed rate. The fees vary from 6-12%, as it depends always on the sum you would like to exchange. We try to make the best possible choice for you, just contact us.
