I don't think it is possible. They probably have some difficulty balancing money after the holidays as I think a lot of people took their money out, but I guess they will handle it.

Just a warning: Be very careful dealing with unknown moneypak codes. You can get your card blocked very easy!

I guess some people have few BTC and they know it is not worth cashing it because of fees. Some people need few BTC quick.
