After I raised a ticket yesterday and got my bitcoin promptly, I decided to buy more today.
Unfortunately I have had to raise another ticket, and have received nothing but a blockexplorer reference showing 0 transactions.
So I'm again hoping to get this resolved.
I have sent them the deposit receipt and I am certain the teller entered the correct reference number (I asked).

So hoping Jeremy can sort this out  

Got the email confirmation that my coins will arrive, but there is nothing in the block explorer after 1 hr.. even though the email says it will be 10 minutes until the funds show up in the block explorer.

From what I can tell according to blockexplorer - the coins have NOT been sent

Are there any issues using spendbitcoins recently?

Does anyone know what "AMI check up" is? Does it exist?

I send Mt Gox money and they just don't credit my account.. I've even given them a copy of the transfer documents.
All the details are 100% correct. And I'm verified on Mt Gox with government ID.

Yeah i just opened a ticket... I'm worried though - this has never happened before and i triple checked the wire transfer details, they are all correct.
I could start a trace but that would probably cost another 50 bucks.

I just want my money, dammit I thought Mt Gox could be trusted.

Like I said, they are not answering my emails

I transferred 500USD to my Mt Gox account three days ago, I am a verified customer there.
They say it takes between 1-2 days.
The chat function doesn't work and they're not answering my emails
Any idea whether my money is just... gone?
Previously, it has always usually turned up the next day.
