1  Economy / Services / Re: Make .006 BTC per sale... on: July 14, 2014, 11:02:48 PM
is there a big audience for this?
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Looks like its the end of Darkcoin! on: May 26, 2014, 10:39:09 PM
Its going down before my eyes!
I didnt think it looked good with all the forks happening yesterday with the masternodes.
If they get cheap enough i may buy some incase of the small chance it bounces back.

I cant even buy them if i wanted to, Cryptsy has halted trading.

You realize this has pretty much happened with every major coin, right?

What exactly?

This is a major split of forks on the blockchain due to a glitch in the software running the masternodes.
Do you think people can have faith in a coin that does this?
Whats to say that it wont happen again?

you wait and see

bitcoin has had forks related to major glitches

dogecoin has had forks related to major glitches

you wait and see how the devs and pools handle it and make decisions from there
3  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [Idea] Router that can run a full node on: May 26, 2014, 10:21:17 PM
this isn't a bad idea but it wouldn't have the flexibility to use altcoins, maybe if all of it was plug and play and you could load blockchains on an sd card or something that would be awesome

I don't feel like this is hard to do or expensive
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: CryptoGraffiti - Block Chain Message Encoder & Decoder on: May 26, 2014, 10:09:33 PM
I feel like this sort of thing already exists? or is it not that simple to do
5  Economy / Securities / Re: Established music festival seeks ~$1.25 million USD for 5 year plan, ROI = 5900% on: May 26, 2014, 09:28:39 PM
Robert Sillerman = Viggle = the worst use of capital ever

obviously that was a bad bet, and the idea is that your good bets outnumber your bad ones, but there is a reality distortion field accompanying the viggle bagholders (employees) that is very disconcerting

I didn't realize his SFX company was buying those EDM brands I like, but the amount of money he is throwing at Viggle - a publicly traded company - and this attempted form of financing for this new venture makes it a huge caveat emptor

I don't understand really, is he competition or part of this venture

8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: POLL: Which community has more retards. DOGE or DRK? on: May 26, 2014, 07:32:46 PM
I would say doge

drk's "instamine" issue is largely inconsequential

10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where can I buy Qora? on: May 26, 2014, 07:16:30 PM

that was quick, is there a list of easy sites to get a currency pair listed on?
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [BCN] Bytecoin (CPU-mining, true anonymity) on: May 26, 2014, 07:00:42 PM
really? lol people just dump it straight to exchanges after getting it in their pool

Actually this cannot be done, the transfer needs a payment ID which pools do not do. This can only be done from wallet right now.

thanks for the clarification, this seems like a tiny software tweak actually so maybe just a few days before a pool implements that?

so what is the development roadmap ?

Minergate has posted that they are working on the ability to send to an address with a payment ID.

ah, I wonder if the other cryptonote coins will implement that so quickly too

people say monero has the best/most active dev team

Would you consider it the best team who created a fork?
Or the team who created the original coin?

the best dev team working on relevant things to make a cryptonote coin better

it has nothing to do with the questions you posed, what is bytecoin doing? what is on the development roadmap and eta

regardless, no cryptonote coins even have a GUI yet

I like this coin better with out the GUI, its not really needed and keeps alot of the dumpers looking for easy money out.

16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [QCN] QuazarCoin | Privacy&Data protection | CPU only | Optimized miner on: May 26, 2014, 05:34:40 PM
Is there a way to calculate predicted amount of mined coins?

Diff of QCN is still 2x lower than diff of MRO, so mined coins per day should be relatively same amount?

Emission curve is similar Bitcoin, 50% QCN will be emitted in 6 years.

If that's not enough please specify your question.

I saw those charts

any luck with exchanges?

Is there a GUI in the work for this yet?

how would one back up and encrypt this wallet/funds
