1  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [40 GH] BTCMine - ZERO fee mining pool (LP, SSL, JSON API, P2SH) on: March 03, 2013, 05:01:42 PM
Still no pay out and two more blocks found. Sad The blocks confirmed but he had said he would add some money for a small payout.
2  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / AMD 7970, Windows IE text / graphic artifacts with CGMiner, no OC. on: March 01, 2013, 06:16:34 AM
I have two 7970 AMD GPUs and whenever I run CGMiner I get random text or graphic artifacts when browsing and when using some programs. While the 7970s do have a lot of game driver issues I've not seen this while playing any. The GPUs are not running around 99-100% while playing games though.

I've seen a few post with issues with certian drivers and or trying to OC but even if I underclock I see the artifacts.

I'm running the AMD driver 13.2 Beta 5

Just wondering if this means I have bad GPUs or RAM and need to RMA.

Thanks.

This is the only one I have used. It's a gamble if you hop or are you saying I’d be earning more with my little 2100 Mhash/s in another pool?

It’s not the end of the world and it’s totally my fault but now I’m short 1.25 BTC I needed and will have to cancel an auction and pay fees. Sad Don’t count your chickens before they hatch!

What is the reward method and how is it bad?

Slow down, he just sent this:

Mostly because some old users return to pool and start withdraw
collected money (from 15 to 45 BTC _each_).
Such amounts stored on backup offline wallet more than 1 year for
security reason. So right now no money on hot payment wallet.
I do not have access to backup wallet, because I'm on vacation.
All small payments will be processed soon, after I add some money to
 payment wallet.

I got this email and it looks like its from someone at BTCMine. I sent them an email from their contact us link:

There is not enough money on payment hot wallet.
Delayed payments will be processed later, when I get back from vacation (within tree weeks).

My reply:

What? Why is that? So no one will get any for three weeks? Why no note one the site? I thought you would have it as it was created, so to speak.

I was kinda counting on them so.... Sad

Sorry, new to all this. I have a total of 7 transactions on the Payments page. I’ve never had to do anything before and never even noticed as each one was created and paid within an hour. The last one was created on 02/24/2013 12:40:26 but still says NOT SENT. I’ve not changed anything in my profile since that day I set it up. I just thought that once I had more than 1.00 BTCs it would create a payment and send it.

Ok, I'm starting to get a bit worried. Anyone know what is going on?

Was just wondering about the last payout. I’ve only had like ten or so but everyone was within an hour but the last one was created over a day ago. Is something wrong or is it really slow sometimes?

13  Other / Beginners & Help / Using cgminer version 2.10.4 and getting desktop artifacts. on: January 29, 2013, 08:14:39 PM
I have a Windows 7 setup with 2 AMD 7970 card and with cgminer version 2.10.4 running I get little chunks of small black boxes flashing around the edges of windows. Is this normal or are the cards bad? I don’t seem to have trouble in games or anything else but nothing else maxes the two GPUs at 97-99%. Smiley

If I do run a game at the same time some are ok but one game has stuff all over the screen unless I turn off cgminer. It’s odd as the games seem to run ok speed wise with cgminer but of course the hash rates go down. Makes me think the cards passed some minimum QA test but are not 100% fully stable if a game used 90%+ of the GPU.

No overclocking and the temps all look good.

14  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 0 Accepted Shares in the pool but cgminer shows over 900 on: January 28, 2013, 05:25:38 PM
It's the BTC mine pool. So the Accepted Shares shown by cgminer are not the same as the ones listed by pool site states or the Accepted Shares are shown after the round is over?

Thanks for the help.
15  Other / Beginners & Help / 0 Accepted Shares in the pool but cgminer shows over 900 on: January 28, 2013, 05:09:07 PM
cgminer shows:

(5s):1.145G (avg):1.161Gh/s | Q:1147  A:963  R:1  HW:0  E:84%  U:16.6/m
ST: 6  SS: 0  DW: 42  NB: 6  LW: 0  GF: 0  RF: 0  WU: 16.6

But when I look at my account on pool site it shows 24084 Round Share but 0 Accepted Shares.

I'm I doing something wrong?
