Martingale Probability Theory (A PROVEN FAIL) is no more a fail.

In "Almost Even Wager Bets" (Roulette, Over/Under, Coin Toss, etc), if anyone can handle table limits, bankroll (bigger but not infinte), at least 20 or more loses streak and -ve Ev (which is no more impossible), he can win.
Any mathematicians interested to prove me wrong? I'll appriciate.

Does Martingale work in +Ev?

I am talking about if you bet 1$,

if you lose = -0.95 $

if you win. = +1 $

Is there any method?
