Quick Update before I go to sleep. Derek has taken care of all previous smaller issues with the daemon. This afternoon we completed the two missing RPC calls above, and tested the wallet again. All seems to work fine now. yay.... so we should be able to continue on now with our stuff hopefully without more issues, the wallet looks promising with a nice panel separation. We will try to get our last changes in there and will create a private repo for ophie and pat to look at the wallet which is quite nice and organized now that the small daemon bug was fixed and it will finally lend itself well to having final minor Dions changes put in, hopefully with some push we will have it done in short time for Ophie and Pat to access the source code to make some clean up to the front end for beta. Thanks to the people that have joined our beta channel and are gearing up to help us on this last leg. As I had said before once we get the beta we will be showing some jpegs and video to keep our community update as we go along. PS. I will be updating more frequently now that we are in this phase Thanks Everyone for the continued support, 20hr day ouch  Joel  EXCELLENT QUESTION! But i am 99.9% sure the answer is no, thats the beauty of the blockchain, once an document is there, it can not be altered. SO...... How about a Sidechain for this purpose? I wonder if it would be possible to have a sidechain, that allows documents to be stored on the blockcahin, but these documents could be edited, or at the least added to. CV's need updated now and then, so it would be great if the document could at least, have information added, so the orginal would stay the same, it would have extra info to it (like at the bottom of the document, with date " 5th May 2020 london MP became the Mayor of London" " 1st Jan 2030 London MP was Knighted" I am sure someone will be creating such a sidechain/blockchain as we speak. Thank you Joel for the update, I have a question about DIONS (sorry if it sounds stupid), lets say that in the future I would want to save my CV on the iocoin blockchain, would I be able to update it at a later date or would I have to create and store a new file every time I want to add or remove information from my CV. and also if I send my cv to another user/address, will he/she have the ability to again edit/add or remove information from said file with his/her private keys? thank you |

Good to know, tx. But i heard that it doesnt matter for maturity of coins, if wallet is running or not. Anyway ill try ur method.
MrWhiteBites has the best Methods known to man, you are very wise to follow his words of wizdom. But yes, always best to keep wallet open for as long as possible each day. PRO TIP: (i should not tell anyone this as i will get less staking rewards due to other people getting them, But i like to share) Do Not use WiFi if you can help it, when staking, use a wired connection. PS: Same for New Wallets !!!! Do not interrupt the download of the blockchain, i always make sure i leave it from start to finish without any disconnection! |

300k IOC been removed from sales on Polo, something is up Correct! The price will be up and up soon. The 300k along with another 400k give or take has been removed in the past few weeks from the sell side. Obviously, someone had big sells to try and hold the price down (on Poloniex anyhow) and now the price crept up and is holding higher, they are pulling the walls are they do not want to sell IOC for pennies! (very wise move). Good things come to those who wait and it will be 2 years of solid developments in July! Amazing to see what has been done in a relatively short space of time. Once IOC can expand the team, i am sure we will see even more groundbreaking Tech from the IOC Labs. Buying IOC now is like buying Apple Computers Stock in 1990! |

Hi all, To be clear about the 15th march voting round of the European Fintech Top 100. http://100.fintech.nl/category/blockchain-bitcoinWe have WON the official public voting round! They have extended the voting period to introduce an extra award. "the public award". Also giving them the ability to earn entrance tickets for the event. This extra voting round has got NOTHING to do with the original voting period which we won. This winners list of round one (15th March winners) will be seen by the jury and they will give their votes as well counting as 75% On that list we are number ONE in the Blockchain category! They have said to me that all votings until 15th of March are written down and the current votes online do not represent the 15th of March voting end anymore because they extended the voting for the extra tickets. But again that has got nothing to do with the original voting round. I have asked them to publish a winner in every category for the March 15th voting round to be clear and even reset voting stats to compete for the extra public awards. Thats the most honest thing to do because everybody did their best to get votes and win this 15th March round. Now its just a little bit of a disappointing round one ending in my opinion. So YES!!! we won the first round!!! Thanks all for voting. Richard, Sam, Joel Is there a link for that confirmation? Also, if they are extending things, is there a reason why anyone needs to care beyond enabling them building their relevance? You guys are are on the forefront. The product should speak for itself... I buy the most of my 4 BTC at 8k, 6 hours ago. 1.3k BTC is left to buy. Im happy to be a part of this project. 8k Is a very good price with the developments waiting to be released. Now download a wallet (i would recommend the QT one, i find it easier to understand and use) OR you could wait a month or so for the new wallet with DIONS and download that. So no rush to start staking, but the sooner you do the better. Don't forget to spread hte word and check the 1st post for all the IOC links. Can the Devs here point out hte positives on being on Azure (other than the short Pump that is happening).
Will Microsoft provide you with extra Devs?

All i think that will happen, is that this coin, along with other get "added" but thats it. Just microsoft thorwing mud at hte wall and hoping some will stick or am i wrong?

Investing now is really high risk. If you have small investment to do i suggest find some fresh investments such Prism or lisk. You can find both of them in the ANN section. I fully agree. Getting in at this price is risky and i could only see a maximum of x3 from here, when other coins offer so much more, regarding Lisk, there is a altcoin that i am very familiar with named I/O Coin, that actually has what lisk promosies veyr nearly developed, so i would also add IOC I/O Coin (I/O Digital) to that list. |

I see Augur / REP being traded on Gatecoin.
Is there any proof they really have REP to trade? Or are they just trading air? For me, the only reason not to buy REP is because of this uncertainty.
And if they have real REP, wouldn't price just crash when other exchanges add REP (and more REP hits the market) because right now there's only a small amount to trade with, making it scarce?

IOC seems like a very interesting project for me. Im new in the Cryptoworld and I want to invest 4-6BTC in this coin and stake them to help the community. Should I buy now or wait for a better price, i have seen that the price is actually on downtrend. Another question, Is the Dev team in contact with Microsoft to get on the azure platform? Sorry for my bad english, its alot of years ago that i learn english in school.  6k is a very good entry price with the potential this coin has (but will be hard to get that many coins in this range). Then simply move to your wallet and stake, in about a year your initial investment will be worth anywhere from x5 - x20 (thats being realistic and actually cautious). Simply send Bitcoin to Poloniex or Bittrex and set buy order like this. 2 BTC at 6,000 satoshi 2 BTC at 6,500 satoshi 1 BTC at 7,000 satoshi Total of 5btc with a average price of 6,350 ish (if all bought at this range) PS: i think it would be great if IOC join Azure, it would give them the help needed to move things along much faster. Everyone is writing about iO coin. This is i0 or iZeroCoin. IO is a different coin. Wouldn't want the whales to follow the King of Crypto into the wrong storm! Not until IOC has good volume on polo over 500btc daily and can actually have a price rise that holds. Right now dumpers are laughing as they know when IOC rises it drops 50% minimum from previous high. So no one is getting left behind for a long time and they continue to buy back coins with a BIG 50% discount. But worst of all, they have twice as much as they did before! |
