What is going on with these guys? I have sent several requests to no avail over the last 10 days. Does anyone have any news about them?

I have used BTC Buddy for 2 transactions in February, and had by BTC within minutes, literally. However, I have tried contacting them several times over the past week to no avail. Anyone know what is going on?

This needs to be addressed for customers to remain customers.
Rastaj, What horrid customer support? We have phone support, email support, and not only that, but I personally am on the forums every day helping people in our support thread. Horrible support? You placed an order, an error occurred for only a few hours, we processed the order, and you cried scam so you got double your order. Last time I checked, my name wasn't "Nuro". I could be missing, but it's highly unlikely. I dont think you are in a place to comment, as you are the one who scammed us. Charlie I called your phone number that is on your site over and over...and got some bullshit message saying the phone number was only for emergencies. How the hell is that considered phone support, Chief? The bottom line is this: You have many unhappy customers. Why don't you publicly address the issues that have been brought forth? It's not that difficult to post something meaningful, instead of quoting all of the complaints and responding with utter denial! WTF are you talking about, Yankster? Double credit? Please pass me a puff a what you are smoking buddy.

I can confirm that the blockchain has shown two transactions into the specified address - with the extra transaction being for 1 Bitcoin.
That definitely makes up for the fee and whatever price fluctuation from the original price of 26.5 to today's high of 27.5 on a $130 purchase.
So in effect, I got ~5.7 bitcoins at ~$22.8 US dollars from you!

after reading the support thread I don't understand why there is not a huge red warning here about them. They obviously have major issues.

Look the main point is that the tone, and entire response from their service ape was a huge joke. You all can think I am trolling, etc. I am not. Just furious at how this was all handled. The truth about how things are done there needs to be addressed publicly, and there should be consequences for fucktards like that who treat customers so badly...

I am going to reply to this thread too. I posted a couple of times yesterday. They may have the majority of their transactions go over somewhat well. However, the service you get from the rest of the members. other than Charlie, or whoever posts under "Yankee" is FUCKING PATHETIC!
They have a customer service rep that basically laughs at you when you have an issue. I did a transaction w/ them on 01/23/13, and had to deal with their online customer rep, who I will not name now. If they allow this kind of shit to go on internally, from their customer service, then they should be shut the fuck down!
I am double positive that others have complained about similar experiences. I am not trolling here either. I was shocked at how fucking sarcastic this fucking piece of human excrement just basically made fun of my problem when I asked him to help. And I am not being an internet tough guy here either. But if that had happened in person, I would have stomped this fucking ape to the ground like he was Billy Bats. The nerve of this guy had no limits.
The fact that they haven't canned this MOTHERFUCKER yet is mind blowing! How could you continue to keep someone on your staff that is ruining your business like that? Absolutely unreal!

And calling these people is next to impossible. They NEVER answer the FUCKING PHONE! How can you gain the trust from a company with relatively large amounts of money that doesn't even ANSWER THE FUCKING PHONE!
So, not to take a stab at all of the supporters of BitInstant, but how can you all not agree with the feelings of people that have done business with them, and that have been treated like they were a common imbecile?

The experience was horrible, and that is me sugar-coating and doubling up the hot fudge, whipped cream and cherries.
