There have been many attempts at this and they all failed. I am thinking of battleship themed games and also some miner based games for Android will work best. You have to target something for the
mobile platform. The bots are a real problem and they eat away at any profits you might make. I would create a game, were one or two people compete against each other, but to do that.. they have to
pay the game master {you} to hold the funds in escrow, until the winner is identified. {You could automate this function for every game, and just take your cut/fee in the end}

I like this idea however how will I get the users to start this off because if there is not enough people online there wont be able to host any games.
I was thinking of a battleships game for example:
There is 26 People participating, 100 Satoshi entry fee.
100 * 26 = 2600 Satoshi and 25% owner fee (650 Satoshi).
So the winner of the event will win 1950 or gets split if more than one player wins
The user places there battleship positions and the games start every 10 Minutes, and the game lasts around 2 - 5 minutes.
