I developed this script by myself using Bootstrap 3, Laravel 5.1 and MYSQL. Among the many options allows individual commissions for each type of operation (currency_1 to currency_2 and currency_2 to currency_1) and configurable comissions for unlimited currencies. The system works with Mailgun emails, allowing you to send 10k (10,000) e-mails per month and make sure the totally free delivery of them.
