Can you please recalculate my balance?
(Using information provided under the Profile > Games tab + prizes from the daily competition + deposit)
I have reason to believe that my balance is less than what it should be.

So I went to withdraw, put the full amount, put in a wallet address and pressed withdraw and then it just did nothing I waited for a few minutes then pressed closed, now 0.00 balance again and no sign of funds sent.
Maybe I should just message someone with a wallet and they send me the amount and we call it a day since this is clearly not working out at all.
Give your address to the Admin. And he will manually transfer the funds, until we resolve the issue with your account. |

I still did not receive my withdraw and my balance still shows 0.00 and transactions history still shows no transactions. Hope it gets resolved.

Not quite.
Let me build on your logic.
A and B play with a 0.01 bet each.
B gets disconnected... or disconnects itself it does not matter - this is an automatic retreat.
The retreat saves player B 50% of the bet - 0.005 and player A wins the other 50% - 0.005.
At the end the result is:
A: + 0.005
B: - 0.005
The results have been recorded and accounted for properly by the system.
No issue whatsoever.
That is not what happened both the times I observed it. A: 0 B: -0.01 On the contrary - both times you draw our attention to it. This is exactly what had happened. What you are pointing out is inaccurate. |

I'll just join the complain chain. Player A (me) waiting for Player B (lokj) to initiate the game but that not happened.  The result: My BET is gone ... Please investigate and refund my acc. Your case is different - you need to Hard Refresh and Re-log. If that does not bring you back your faucet (1000 satoshi) - drop the Admin a message and we will give you another one. Cheers. |

Hello, Was testing out your game and I went head to head with another player, I won but did not get the 0.01 credited to my balance. I contacted support, hope it gets resolved. It is the bet I highlighted in blue.  Was it an afk issue? The other side got disconnected? Cause then you would not win the pot, you would simply not lose. Hence the statistics shows it as a win... I don't think you understand. A and B are playing with a 0.01 bet each. B gets disconnected. A gets 0.01 back, B gets nothing. I am hoping this is a bug. ndnhc, Not quite. Let me build on your logic. don't understand this game or website  I don't get it as well ... just guess we need to read entire OP. but i know this popped up right after the bitpistols ... just multiplayer version.
