Formula and simple example:
Each user who own shares earns bitcoins from all futher invesments. User's profit is equal to user's shares divided to all shares.

Profit = (Your Shares / Total Shares) * Investment.

For instance, we will assume that John's shares are equal to 2, the total shares are equal to 10 including the John's 2 shares. Bob buys 2 shares spendig 2 bitcoins on them.
