The issue is completely solved. In return for the support from GreenAddress I donated to both https://supporters.eff.org/donate/button and https://bitcoinfoundation.org/donate/

Last December I put Bitcoins on a GreenAddress wallet. A few days before that transaction I deleted my GreenAddress account. Not realizing that the account is necessary to access the wallet.

So, a pretty stupid action from my side.

Without going into to many details this is what happened after my mistake:

Seeking help via GreenAddress support email address info@greenaddress.it” resulted in a detailed answer about recovery of the bitcoins and forthcoming costs. I agreed to the costs and send all the information needed for GreenAddress to take action.

From that moment on there was a complete silence from GreenAddress.


Does anyone have ideas or direct connections to GreenAddress?
