Is there anyway you can make this miner work on the AMDGPU Pro PAL driver? Specifically version 18.30? The issue is Cryptonight full rate hashing is not really supported until that version. This miner is the only one that must use ROCm. You have support for AMDGPU Pro but it is only legacy OpenCL support on the driver and not PAL support. Can you please support PAL or I guess Windows but I'd rather just have PAL support so my builds just work... at this point I need to have an image for all other miners then a seperate ROCm image for this miner.

I think he needs to reduce the dev fee a bit. We need to get 6MH out of the Vega56 to be somewhat useful.

Posting again because I guess no one else tried or reported back... Has anyone tried this it is suppose to reduce power consumption. Didn’t know if any of you would have luck with it. I tired the first suggestion without luck and was going to see if the second suggestion maybe worked by the doctor aka tekcomm. https://github.com/RadeonOpenCompute/ROCm/issues/463 I tried all this with no luck... Open CL still doesn't work... tried the v5 image, 16.04 ubuntu, and 18.04 ubuntu installed to a hard drive.

drivers are crashing if i leave asm param in the batch file what can i do to fix this? RX 580 8GB card with latest drivers and Win 8 with latest update
You need to run the Blockchain driver for ASM support.

drop mem down to 1400 or so, undervolt it. my 4gb rx580's get 39-40 at 1400mhz core, 1400mhz mem. undervolted to 1075 on core, 850 on mem. about 125-130 watts. My 570 will only run up to about 1300 mhz at +50% power. If you use overdriventool copy the fastest core state and voltage to everything but slot 1 and 2.
Did you go below 1075 on the RX570's with 1300 clock? I'm going to do some testing tonight to get this stable... Yes, 1300 and 1075 worked for me, I had to undervolt the memory and drop the mem clock down to 1400 though. I get around 35-37 on my 570. My cards seem to get too hot at that clock... I almost hit 90 on two of them. I might need to dial it back I'm thinking...

Does anyone have any GPU / Memory clock recommendations for the RX570/RX580? I need to reduce the voltage draw as much as I can keeping decent performance... I'm around 1250/900-925-950 on the GPU and 1750/900 on the memory... I'm close but still not completely stable on it.

Hey everyone, I was just wondering what clock/memory/voltage settings people are using to get 35mh on the RX570? I'm getting about 29/30... I am using the asm core.
I've tried running an 1150 clock and a 1200... My memory is all around 2000 with some up to 2200.
Edit: With some changes I'm getting around 31.5. For sure not bad...

I'm having an issue with 2.6. Basically when the watchdog detects a GPU thread that isn't responding the whole system locks up when the restart occurs. No issues on Claymore. Has anyone heard of this issue?

Running 2.6 with no issues on two RX570 rigs. All default settings with 18.x drivers. I get 2-4% stales (closer to 2 most the time). I think that is pretty normal.

Just switched over to 2.5d from Claymore. Working good so far... I'm going to let it run today and see how it does.

Since dual mining is dead I probably won't try this until it supports just mining ETH.
