Paid cash through zipzap and received email from zipzap but not from bitinstant yet and its been about 4 hours now... Lost the order id too  any help??

So today i went to local cvs and made a cash transfer through t zipzap to receive bitcoins through email from bitinstant.. i got an email from zipzap confirming the transaction but have not gotten an email with any bitcoins??? and i also can not track it because i lost the quote id.. any suggestions??
