Why were freebets promised for the promotion without being ready to be handed out?
Hi - We are still working on the platform to be able to support this option, holidays and real life issues have gotten in the way. Also, I believe you might want to contact support directly, last I recall your account was identified as attempting to defraud us, if I recall correctly? You don't recall correctly. Your site had odds up and accepted a bet, which is ultimately your responsibility. I contacted support and was told the promotion would be taken care of (still hasn't), and now my account is in good standing. I would describe the site's "promotion" as fraud as it has since gone undelivered. Did Bitcoinrush.io not promise free-bets to the winners of the promotion that have gone undelivered, have all other winners been awarded besides myself? When can we expect our prizes?? |
