I am looking for a loan of 0.2BTC, to be repayed in 4 weeks, with your choice of interest (I should be able to pay in 2 weeks, but I'm giving myself some leeway in case circumstances don't work to deadlines). I'd say Silk Road or BMR, they should have escrow which provides protection over scammers, if you are still concerned just look at feedback.
