My first issue with BitInstant after several good transactions, but still, as a company that is based on speed of service and ease of use, it stings quite a bit.  Especially since we are talking about a currency exchange, and an extremely volatile one at that. And is it just me, or didn't it used to say "Bitcoins in under an hour" instead of "Pay for your bitcoins in under an hour?"
